Flexi Care Contracts are designed for clients who want freedom and flexibility

These contracts suit clients who are generally well, but live with ongoing stress, fluctuating energy levels, or varying lifestyles, and want the ability to come in as needed.

At Sanctum Wellness Centre, every treatment supports the physical body, mental load, and emotional state, recognising that stress and imbalance affect the whole person.

Flexi Care Contracts are not results-based programmes. They are intended for maintenance, regulation, and rejuvenation.

A physical contract will be signed and treatments signed for at every visit

FLEXI CARE CONTRACT – 12 MONTHS

Valid for 12 months

• This contract is ideal for occasional maintenance, not intensive or results-driven work.
• Want access to treatments during stressful or demanding periods
• Attend regularly for maintenance, but with variable frequency

This option offers the exceptional value, with a longer period for clients who prefer a slower, more relaxed pace of self-care throughout the year.

IMPORTANT CONTRACT TERMS

• Flexi Care Contracts are non-transferable
• No rollovers or extensions beyond the expiry period
• Value must be used within the stated validity
• Contracts apply to standard treatments only
• Ozone therapy, body contouring, specialised or technology-based treatments are excluded
• Contracts cannot be combined with promotions, packages, or retail purchases
